Direct applicant
Ever-Well Academy may apply directly after satisfying the funder’s legal, tax, registration, operational, financial, and experience requirements.
Fiscal sponsor or eligible lead applicant
A qualified organization may serve as applicant and assume the responsibilities defined in a written agreement when the opportunity permits this structure.
Subrecipient or consortium member
Ever-Well Academy may perform a documented scope under an eligible prime recipient and accept applicable compliance requirements.
University or clinical partner
A qualified institution may lead research, evaluation, licensed clinical services, credentialed training, or regulated data activities.
Government or school partnership
The public entity and Ever-Well Academy may define shared outcomes, participant protections, budgets, data use, and reporting responsibilities.
